Evette’s

Evette’s in Chicago, designed by Siren Betty Design, celebrates the bold flavors and colors of Lebanon and Mexico. Bright furniture, repurposed wood, and distinctive lighting create a lively, welcoming space that captures the vibrancy of both cultures while honoring its Midwestern roots.

Evette’s merges the culinary spirit of Lebanon and Mexico with Chicago’s neighborhood charm. The design reflects this fusion through color, texture, and playfulness. Counters are clad in repurposed wood lathe, while bold furniture and patterned surfaces radiate warmth and energy. Oversized front-facing windows open the café to the street, inviting guests to linger, people-watch, or grab a quick bite. A mural by a local artist wraps the exterior in vivid color, making the space instantly recognizable along Armitage Avenue. Inside, layers of detail bring together modern craftsmanship and cultural storytelling. The result feels effortlessly eclectic and approachable, reflecting Siren Betty Design’s talent for creating spaces that celebrate authenticity, diversity, and joyful design.
