Bettie’s Chicago
Bettie’s Chicago, designed by Siren Betty Design, reimagines the charm of a 1950s diner as a modern baking school and event space. Created for cookbook author and retro chef Baker Bettie, the design blends vintage style, practicality, and film-ready polish to capture the spirit of her nostalgic yet contemporary brand.
The studio translated Baker Bettie’s playful, retro aesthetic into a space that feels as inviting as it is functional. Inspired by 1950s diners, the interior features pastel hues, chrome details, and checkerboard flooring that balance nostalgia with durability. Custom shelving displays Bettie’s collection of vintage bakeware, art, and furniture, transforming her personal treasures into an integral part of the design story. Since Bettie’s Chicago also serves as the filming studio for her popular YouTube channel, every detail was considered for lighting and composition. The result is a joyful, camera-ready space that reflects both the warmth of Baker Bettie’s personality and the thoughtful creativity that defines Siren Betty Design.
