Tortello

Tortello in Chicago, designed by Siren Betty Design, blends traditional Italian warmth with modern simplicity. The design celebrates craftsmanship and transparency, combining terrazzo quartz, brass accents, and tiled details with clean white walls and iconic Italian hues to create a space that feels as fresh and inviting as its handmade pasta.

For Tortello, the goal was to merge authenticity, comfort, and versatility in one cohesive environment. The space serves as a restaurant, market, and gathering place, reflecting Italy’s culture of connection and craft. Siren Betty Design used solid woods, terrazzo-style quartz, and brass to create texture and integrity. Familiar Italian colors and clean white walls bring brightness and balance, while the checkerboard flooring nods to timeless European cafés. The layout fosters transparency, allowing guests to witness the artistry of handmade pasta in motion. Every design choice reinforces the brand’s devotion to quality and sincerity. The result is a dining environment that captures the spirit of Italian hospitality and reflects Siren Betty Design’s signature approach to creating spaces with depth and warmth.
