LOULOU
LouLou in Chicago, designed by Siren Betty Design, transforms a Logan Square storefront into a light-filled community and event space. Custom millwork, soft lime-washed walls, and timeless finishes create an inviting setting that blends modern craftsmanship with a relaxed, old-world charm.
Created by the team behind the award-winning Lula Café, Loulou was imagined as a neighborhood gathering place for connection and celebration. The design channels warmth and authenticity through natural light, thoughtful detailing, and a palette that feels fresh yet enduring. Working alongside Vero Design + Build, the team introduced custom wood and metal millwork that defines the space without interrupting its flow. Artist Susan Williams applied a rich lime-wash finish, giving the walls a soft, handcrafted patina. The result is a space that feels flexible and personal, equally suited for dinners, showers, or creative events. Loulou reflects Siren Betty Design’s ability to create interiors that feel elevated, heartfelt, and effortlessly welcoming.
