Asadito
Asadito, designed by Siren Betty Design, is a bright and airy taqueria that captures the lively spirit of modern Mexico. Colorful accents, white subway tile, and vintage art create an atmosphere that feels both authentic and playful, balancing contemporary energy with nostalgic, handcrafted charm.
Located near Chicago’s French Market and Ogilvie Train Station, Asadito is designed to feel approachable and full of life. The goal was to create something both authentic and modern, reflecting the restaurant’s fresh and flavorful menu. The interiors feature velvet paintings of the Virgen de Guadalupe, vintage Mexican art, and luchador photography, celebrating cultural tradition with humor and heart. White subway tiles and vibrant hues keep the atmosphere light, while woven baskets, hand-painted menu boards, and natural textures add warmth and function. The result is a space that feels bright, personal, and endlessly inviting, a joyful reflection of Siren Betty Design’s ability to craft interiors that honor culture while embracing contemporary style.
