ILYANA is Siren Betty's Project Manager.  Before she started her career in design and construction, she worked for years in restaurant management.

PRINTMAKING was Ilyana's concentration when she studied Fine Arts at Wesleyan University, and she still creates woodblock prints when she finds the time. 

VIETNAM has been Ilyana's favorite travel destination so far - she's still dreaming of all those perfect rice noodes - and she's hoping to check Morocco and Japan off of her travel list someday soon.  Until then, she's quite happy eating delicious food from anywhere at all, whether it's from local restaurants or cooked in her own Avondale kitchen.
